Supported Home Living
Continue to live and receive services by a Staff Member in your own home usually with your natural, adopted parent, or family member. Staff schedule depends on the needs of the Individual and the Family.
Supervised Living
A group home setting where no more than four Individuals resides and Staff must be able to respond during sleep hours with periodic shift relief.
Residential Support
Also a group home setting where no more than four Individuals reside and Staff must be awake at all times with periodic shift relief.
